Engaged Customer Package
Overview:  Let the visitor know they are special and you CARE! They will come back again and again!
The Engaged Customer Package is a set of Java scripts and custom cgi programming that personalizes the presentation to the returning web visitor with his or her first name and date of last visit.  It also sets a flag when the visitor subscribes to your e-mail list or newsletter and reminds departing visitors who have not subscribed to please do so.  Greeting and Thank You messages can be customized.  A Privacy Statement Page is included. The Engaged Customer Package can be upgraded to our soon to be released Customer Preferences Package that allows you to gather online customer preferences and demographics and adds the information to your existing database to be used with other marketing programs and with further customized visitor presentations.
Usage
Personalizing web site visits increases customer loyalty. The more visits a customer/prospect makes to your site, the more information you can obtain from him. In the end, it's all about marketing.  When you gather e-mail addresses, you increase your marketing potential. When you gather customer preferences and demographics, you increase your ability to target your marketing.

Thresher E-mail SystemTM (may be used without a web site)
Overview: 
The Thresher E-mail SystemTM is a follow up autoresponder that automatically sends up to 20 pre-configured e-mail messages at predetermined future dates. It includes the set up of two autoresponders and 12 months of service for each.  Each e-mail contains an opt-out hyperlink that allows the recipient to be automatically removed from the database. Recipients can be automatically added to the list via e-mail or through web based forms.  You can also custom configure each autoresponder through web based forms.
Usage
The standard uses for two autoresponders would be one for prospects and one for customers.  The prospects follow up autoresponder might be configured to provide additional information and/or incentives each week to try to turn prospects into customers.  The customers follow up autoresponder might be configured to send monthly information about other products or special sales material. Other uses include motivational messages to employees, educational programs for customers and prospects, monthly newsletters, quarterly press releases, post-sales confirmation (aimed at avoiding buyer remorse), and general up-sale messages. And, of course, additional autoresponders could be configured to do each of the above for different product groups. And, using autoresponders is a great way to gather e-mail address.
